    I think you can get addicted to heroin and go to a hospital full of cool jazz musicians there. Or maybe that was just in the 1960s.

    Hmm…you could stock up on overpriced stuff from Transylvania University, if that’s your idea of fun. Eat Krispy Kreme. That’s about all I can think of to do in Lexington. Drive like a maniac for Huntington? (Assuming that it hasn’t completely dried up in the last few years.)

    there’s a drag bar downtown. in the AA complex of bars. on man o’ war and 75 there’s a big shopping center with a movie theatre and lots of stores and restaurants. there are several good restaurants downtown (charlie’s and the library come to mind). the horsepark is on the west side (man o’ war and versailles). don’t know that its open this early in the year tho. UK probably has some protests going on. there are several malls. but that’s about it if memory serves.
