I was recently informed that there’s a band called Skrewtape. As this is a nickname I use on IRC and elsewhere (and have for a while), I decided to google for “Skrewtape” and see what I could find about them. I didn’t actually find anything. But I did find this, which amuses me to no end.

Today, while sitting in the theater waiting for The Punisher, I read the beginning parts of Wim Wender’s On Film. In retrospect, I find this juxtaposition quite amusing.

It must be spring.

I turned on my AC a few days ago, the guy across the street is had a barbecue for dinner and both of my next door neighbors were washing their cars when I got home from work. Furthermore, there is some sort of plant growing in my yard. I’m not sure what kind — I’m pretty sure it’s a flower of some type. Maybe somebody can tell me what kind they are:
